ORANGE COUNTY COURT DATES
Orange County, as with many counties, has a particular way that they do things. Orange County cases are handled on the Attorney’s Day, which is the Third Wednesday of the month. When you hire me, I will move your ticket, no matter what the current court date is, to the next appropriate attorney’s day. I will do what I can to dispose of it on that day. You will then receive further instructions by US mail unless otherwise noted. If you do not receive them within 5 days after the Attorney’s Day you must call me immediately; otherwise I will not know you did not receive the instructions, which could harm your case.
